Application refers to Invoktura, the software application provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Invoktura.
Country refers to: The Netherlands.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Invoktura does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.
All invoices, customer information, company information, and other data you enter are stored locally on your device using Realm.
If iCloud synchronization is available and enabled on your device, your data is securely synchronized through Apple's CloudKit service. This synchronization occurs directly between your devices using your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data and do not store copies of your information on our own servers.
We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, advertising identifiers, or diagnostic information about how you use the Application.
Your data is used solely to provide the functionality of the Application, including invoice management and optional synchronization through Apple's iCloud services.
We never sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties.
Your data remains on your device and, if applicable, in your personal iCloud account until you delete it.
We do not transfer your personal data to our own servers or to third parties.
If iCloud synchronization is enabled, Apple processes your data according to Apple's Privacy Policy.
You can delete your invoices and other information at any time within the Application.
If iCloud synchronization is enabled, deleting data within the app also removes it from your iCloud storage in accordance with Apple's synchronization process.
Your data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your device and, when applicable, Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
